These terms apply when you use casaurabhkhatri.com or book a session with Saurabh Khatri, Chartered Accountant, India (“we”, “us”). By booking a session you agree to them, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. The service

A strategy session is a one-to-one online video call of the length shown on the booking page, focused on the business question you describe when booking. Longer advisory engagements are agreed separately, in writing.

Unless separately agreed in writing, a session does not include audit, assurance or attestation, tax filing, statutory compliance work, legal advice or investment advice.

2. Booking and payment

• The fee is shown on the booking page before you pay. It is currently ₹50,000 plus 18% GST (₹59,000 in total).
• You pay by UPI (or bank transfer, where offered) using the details on the booking page, and then enter the transaction reference.
• Your chosen time is held for a limited period while you pay. A booking is confirmed only when we have verified the payment and sent you a confirmation email with the meeting link.
• If a payment cannot be verified, the booking is not confirmed and we will contact you.
• A GST invoice is issued for every confirmed booking. Please enter your GSTIN when booking if you want the invoice in your company’s name.
• Prices may change, but never for a booking that is already confirmed.

3. Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds

You can reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before the session. Refunds are handled as set out in our Refund Policy. If we need to move a session, we will offer you a new time or a full refund.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking details and join the call on time.
• Share only information you are entitled to share.
• Remember that decisions about your business remain yours. Guidance given in a session is based on the information you provide and the time available.

5. No guaranteed outcomes

Business results depend on many factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee any particular outcome. Figures, dashboards and examples on this website are illustrative or representative. They are not a promise of results for your business.

6. Confidentiality

We keep what you share about your business confidential and do not disclose it without your permission, except where the law requires it.

7. Intellectual property

The content, design and materials on this website belong to Saurabh Khatri. Any material we share with you during or after a session is for your own internal business use and may not be republished or resold.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a session is limited to the fee you paid for that session. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, revenue or opportunity.

9. Use of this website

Please do not misuse this website: do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access or submit false bookings. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
