How much does this cost?
This is a premium retainer, not an hourly rate. Engagements are monthly and scoped to outcomes — not deliverables. We discuss the number on the call, after we both know it's a fit.
How is this different from my CA or a CFO service?
A CA keeps you compliant. A CFO service runs your books. I do neither. I help you make the calls that change your trajectory — pricing, fundraising, hiring, pivots. Most of my founders still have a CA. Few had a partner who actually moved the business forward.
Why do you only take a few founders?
Because strategic finance isn't a volume business. The work that matters takes attention. I cap engagements so each founder gets the time they paid for — and so I stay sharp on the calls.
What if we're not a fit?
That's what the strategy session is for. If I can't help, I'll tell you who can. No pitch, no upsell. Worst case, you leave with one sharp move you hadn't seen.
How fast can we start?
